【Scope of application】: It is used to detect the presence of sharp sharp points that are dangerous to safety in the place where the toy can be reached. [Meet the standard]: US 16 CFR 1500.48 / ASTM F963 4.8, EU EN-71 1998 8.14, China GB6675-2003 A.5.9 【Technical Parameters】: Volume: 112×16×16mm Weight: 80 g Attachment 1 lb counterweight (stainless steel) 【Usage and Understanding】: 1. Place the sharp tip tester on the palpable tip and check whether the tested tip can be inserted into the sharp tester to the specified depth. The test tip is inserted into the measuring groove and 1 pound of external force is applied to turn on the indicator light, and the tip is judged to be a sharp point. 2. Wooden thorns in wooden toys are dangerously sharp pointes, so they must not exist on the toys. 3. The sensor head must be adjusted according to the regulations before each inspection to ensure accurate and sensitive sensing. 4. When adjusting the sharp point tester, first loosen the locking ring, and then rotate the locking ring to move it far enough forward to the indicator device to expose the correction reference scale on the circle. Rotate the measuring cap clockwise until the indicator light is shining. Rotate the measuring cap counterclockwise until the appropriate micrometer mark is consistent with the calibration scale, then turn the locking ring until the locking ring is close to the measuring cap to hold the test cap in place.
