Mode 1: The round specimen and the fabric of the same material are rubbed with the Lissajous graphic motion trajectory under a given pressure, and the pilling grade of the specimen is evaluated after reaching the specified number of revolutions. This principle corresponds to the test of the degree of pilling of fabrics specified in the standard. (24*24mm).
Mode 2: Under a certain pressure, the circular fabric specimen rubs against each other with the standard abrasive according to the movement trajectory of the Lissajous curve, resulting in the specimen breakage, and the wear resistance of the fabric is expressed by the number of times the specimen is broken. This principle corresponds to the test of fabric wear resistance specified in the standard. (60*60mm).
Mode 3: Under a certain pressure, the circular fabric specimen rubs against each other with the standard abrasive according to a straight trajectory, resulting in the breakage of the specimen, and the wear resistance of the fabric is expressed by the number of times the specimen is broken. This principle corresponds to the test of fabric wear resistance specified in the standard. (100mm).
