【Scope of application】
This instrument is used to determine the abrasion resistance of various textiles (from very thin silk to thicker woolen fabrics, camel hair, and carpets) and knitted products (e.g., comparison of the toe, heel, and body of a sock). After replacing the grinding wheel, it is also suitable for abrasion resistance tests of materials such as leather, rubber, and plastic sheets.
【Relevant Standards】
ISO5470-1、ASTM D3884 、DIN53863.2.
【Instrument Features】
1.Equipped with a 6-digit electronic counter, which can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 999,999 cycles.
2.Scientific mechanical structure ensures stable rotation, no mechanical noise, no contact fatigue failure, and suitability for long-term continuous operation.
3.Photocoupler tube counting, no mechanical contacts, and low wear level.
4.An air suction volume slider is set on the panel, eliminating the need for adjustment on the vacuum cleaner.
5.Ergonomic design, with the surface formed by one-time spray molding, which is smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
【Technical Parameters】
1.Working disc size: φ115mm
2.Operating speed: 50r-100r/min (adjustable speed)
3.Grinding wheel: CS-10, H18 (optional)
4.Pressurization method: Relying on the dead weight of the pressure sleeve (250cN) or combined with additional weights.
5.Weight of weights: Two each of 125g, 250g, 500g, 750g, and 1000g.
6.Overall dimensions: 420×400×310mm (L×W×H)
【Testing Mode】
Using a specific type of grinding wheel, the sample is abraded under a certain load. The abrasion resistance of the sample is evaluated by the weight loss of the sample after a fixed number of abrasion cycles. For wear-resistant materials, the judgment is based on the visual inspection of surface scratches.
