[Instrument features]:
1. The temperature control is controlled by microcomputer, with PID self-tuning function, which can effectively prevent temperature overshoot.
2. It is equipped with an over-temperature protection device, which automatically cuts off the heater power supply when the temperature in the box exceeds 135°C to prevent accidents.
3. The control circuit adopts Siemens AC contactor as the control unit, which is stable and reliable.
4. The heating tube is made of 304 stainless steel and is designed to prevent dry burning.
5. High-speed centrifugal fan is adopted, and thermal relay is used for over-current protection to accelerate the drying of specimens.
6. The inner liner is made of imported galvanized sheet, which is not easy to rust, and the specimen shelf is made of 304 stainless steel mesh plate.
